The Butter Bay’s unique design means loading a cube of unwrapped butter with no mess. Simply load your butter into the lid, add 1/4-1/3 cup cold water to the basin, and invert the top. The air-tight water seal will maintain the butter’s fresh flavor for up to 3 weeks.
Remember to change the water in your basin every 3-4 days. If you use unsalted butter, consider adding some salt to the water. This will keep your butter fresh for even longer.
